Annual training schedule for 2026 outlining phases: Base Build (January-March), Open Week (March Break), Spring Conditioning (March-May), Strength Build (May-June), Summer Maintenance (July-August), Fall Peak (September-November), Year End Wind Down (December-January), and Holiday Break (December 21-January 3).

At Homegrown Fitness all of our Signature Strength Classes are programmed into blocks of training.
