Homegrown Fitness Classes
Signature Strength
Signature Strength is a 10-week full-body weightlifting program built on the principle of progressive overload. Each class focuses on key compound lifts (think squat, deadlift, benchpress) and each week you will steadily increase weight to improve strength and technique. In a supportive small-group setting, you’ll get expert coaching, structured programming, and personalized attention to build strength safely and effectively.
Strength Circuit Class
Strength Circuit Class is a faster paced, full-body workout that cycles through strength, core, and mobility exercises. Intensity is adjustable, making it great for all fitness levels. With expert coaching, form guidance, and modifications, you’ll build strength, endurance, and confidence in a fun, supportive environment.
Move Your Bump
Move Your Bump is Toronto's go to prenatal strength training class designed for any stage of pregnancy. This class is laser focussed on building strength, improving mobility, and preparing your body for birth. Led by a coach who specializes in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, this small group class offers individualized modifications, evidence-informed guidance, and a supportive community of other pregnant folks. This class goes beyond outdated pregnancy exercise rules to provide smart, intentional movement tailored to your changing body.
Mat based Classes
Mat Based Classes offer a variety of movement styles including Pilates, yoga, and other classes inspired by these modalities, all designed to help you connect more deeply with your body. These sessions focus on mindful, intentional movement, enhancing mobility and deepening body awareness without the use of heavy equipment.
