MISSION STATEMENT

At Homegrown Fitness, our mission is to build an inclusive, body-positive fitness space with expertly designed strength and conditioning programming and coaching.

Homegrown Fitness aims to be a welcoming, affirming and genuinely supportive space where folks of all ages, all genders and all skill levels can build strength with confidence while connecting with their community. We aim to create a welcoming environment that centres body autonomy, celebrates diverse bodies, and invites our community to find joy in movement

Inclusion
We are co-creating a space where people of all bodies, backgrounds, and experience levels feel welcome. We stand against racism, transphobia, homophobia, fatphobia, ableism, and all forms of oppression.

Body Neutrality and Anti-Diet
We don’t discuss dieting, weight loss, or body changes. While we respect individual choices, our focus is on feeling strong, capable, and at home in your body.

Compassion
Many people in our community are navigating postpartum recovery, injury, chronic pain, or complicated relationships with exercise. We make space for all of it, without judgment.

Accessibility
We offer options, modifications, and coaching that meet you where you are.

Community
Connection matters here. We value shared effort, mutual respect, and showing up for one another.
