Sometimes group classes aren’t the right fit, and you just want focused support that’s all about you. Maybe that’s because you’re brand new to strength training, returning after an injury, pregnancy or postpartum, or chasing a really specific goal. Personal training at Homegrown Fitness gives you:

  • One-to-one attention so you have your trainers eyes on you at all time and can feel more confident building the skill of strength training

  • Accountability that keeps you showing up, even on the days it feels tough (and some days, oh boy does it feel tough).

Pricing

1:1 Personal Training

  • Single session: $100 + HST

  • auto-renew 10 session pack: $950 + HST ($95/session)

Small Group Training (2–4 people)

  • Single session: $60/person + HST

  • 10-session pack: $550/person + HST ($55/session

Virtual Training

  • Single session: $100 + HST

  • 10-session pack: $950 + HST ($95/session)
