One-to-one attention so you have your trainers eyes on you at all time and can feel more confident building the skill of strength training

1:1 Personal Training
Single session: $100 + HST
auto-renew 10 session pack: $950 + HST ($95/session)
Small Group Training (2–4 people)
Single session: $60/person + HST
10-session pack: $550/person + HST ($55/session
Virtual Training
Single session: $100 + HST
10-session pack: $950 + HST ($95/session)
