Move Your Bump is a prenatal strength training class designed for any stage of pregnancy focused on building strength, improving mobility, and preparing your body for birth.
Led by a coach trained in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, this small group class (max 8 people) offers individualized modifications, evidence-informed guidance, and a supportive community of other pregnant folks.
Whether you're in your first trimester or nearing your due date, you'll learn how to move in ways that feel good, keep you active, and help you feel strong and ready for what's ahead.

Let’s be honest — there’s a lot of outdated info out there when it comes to prenatal exercise. Because what we thought we knew about prenatal exercise has changed!
It used to be that only certain movements were deemed “safe” or “unsafe” during pregnancy. But with more up-to-date research and a better understanding of the pregnant body, we now know there’s no universal list of “do’s” and “don’ts.”
Instead, we tailor movement to the individual based on their body readiness.
