Move Your Bump is a prenatal strength training class designed for any stage of pregnancy focused on building progressive strength, sustaining mobility, and preparing your body for birth and postpartum.
Led by Hannah Etlin-Stein, a strength coach, RMT and Birth Doula specializing in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, this small group class (max 8 people) offers individualized modifications, evidence-informed guidance, and a supportive community of other pregnant folks.
Whether you're in your first trimester or nearing your due date, you'll learn how to move in ways that support your changing body and help you feel strong and ready for what's ahead.

A Movement Class That Actually Gets Pregnancy
Let’s be honest — there’s a lot of outdated info out there when it comes to prenatal exercise leading to outdated, confusing, and overly restrictive advice.
This is because what we thought we knew about prenatal exercise has changed!
For years, pregnancy exercise was reduced to long lists of “safe” and “unsafe” movements. But with more up-to-date research and a better understanding of the pregnant body, we now know there’s no universal list of “do’s” and “don’ts.”
Instead, we tailor movement to the individual based on their body readiness.
That’s where Move Your Bump comes in.
This class is rooted in current research, practical experience, and the belief that pregnancy is not a limitation. It’s a phase of life that deserves smart, intentional movement.

Meet Your Coach
Hi, I’m Hannah (she/her), and I’m so glad you’re here.
I’m a birth and postpartum doula, registered massage therapist, and pre/postnatal strength coach with a deep love for helping people build strength and feel at home in their bodies during pregnancy and beyond.
With a background in dance and a master’s in dance science, I bring a blend of movement expertise, evidence-based care, and real-life parenting experience to everything I teach.
In Move Your Bump, strength training is at the core of what we do. My goal is to help you build full-body strength in a way that supports your changing body. We focus on smart, progressive training, good mechanics, and movements that translate to real life.
As a parent to 2 little’s myself, I understand how much this season can shift your relationship to your body. That’s why this space is designed to be adaptable, inclusive, and free from judgement. Where you can show up as you are, take what you need, and move in ways that feel good.
I don’t believe there’s one “right” way to train during pregnancy, but I do believe you deserve to feel strong, supported, and confident in your body. I’m here to guide, support, and cheer you on every step of the way.
