Signature Strength
Signature Strength is an expertly designed full-body weightlifting program, structured into focused 10-week blocks. Each block emphasizes a carefully selected set of exercises that progressively increase in weight over the 10 weeks, allowing you to see tangible improvements in both strength and technique. Using proven progressive overload principles, this small group class supports safe, steady strength gains through full-body compound lifts, while providing abundant individualized coaching from expert trainers. Signature Strength offers the ideal blend of structured programming and personalized attention to help you build strength safely and effectively in a supportive small group environment.
Circuit Class
Circuit Class is our dynamic, faster-paced full body workout class that keeps you moving from start to finish. While the intensity and volume are dialed up a notch, you are always in control of your effort level based on how you're feeling each day, making it perfect for all fitness levels. Each class cycles through full-body exercises targeting upper body, lower body, core, and mobility.With expert coaches providing individualized support and guidance, you'll receive hands-on instruction for proper form and technique, plus modifications for those managing injuries or health conditions.Circuit class is a fun and supportive way to build strength, endurance and get your sweat on.
Move Your Bump
Move Your Bump is Toronto's go to prenatal strength training class designed for any stage of pregnancy.This class is laser focussed on building strength, improving mobility, and preparing your body for birth. Led by a coach who specializes in pregnancy and postpartum fitness, this small group class offers individualized modifications, evidence-informed guidance, and a supportive community of other pregnant folks. Built on three key pillars: strength training, mobility, and birth preparation, this class goes beyond outdated pregnancy exercise rules to provide smart, intentional movement tailored to your changing body. Whether you're in your first trimester or nearing your due date, you'll learn to move in ways that feel good, keep you active, and help you feel strong and confident for what's ahead in a welcoming, inclusive space free from body shaming or diet talk.
Strong Bones
Strong Bones is a strength class designed specifically for older adults looking to improve their strength, mobility, and balance through functional movements that translate to everyday life. Using targeted weight and resistance training proven to build bone density and bone mass, this class empowers you to take control of your bone health while working at your own level and own pace. Each small group session ensures expert guidance and individualized attention to proper form and technique, creating a supportive environment where everyone can progress safely and confidently. Mat based Classes
Mat Based Classes offer a variety of movement styles including Pilates, yoga, and other classes inspired by these modalities, all designed to help you connect more deeply with your body.
